How many users does the plan cover?
The monthly and annual plans cover up to 50 active users. From 50 to 200 users, we switch to the Enterprise plan starting at $800 USD/month, with SSO and custom integrations.
Can I migrate from Notion / Drive / Excel?
Yes. Migration is included in the onboarding. We take your current org chart, policies, profiles and stats — wherever they live — and structure them inside la-mente.app following the canonical templates.
Does it work offline?
la-mente.app is a web platform — it requires internet. It works on desktop and mobile browsers without installing anything. We're piloting a read-only offline mode for field teams; ask us if you need it.
Is it secure? Who owns my data?
All data lives on encrypted infrastructure (Vercel + Supabase, daily backups). The data is yours — at any moment you can export the full database as JSON/CSV. We sign an NDA on day one of onboarding.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no minimum term on the monthly plan. The annual plan is paid up-front with a 17% discount; if you cancel mid-year, the remaining months are credited as Romero Studios consulting hours.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You get a full export in machine-readable format (JSON + PDF). We keep your data for 90 days in cold storage in case you come back; after that it's permanently deleted. No lock-in.
